Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using LunaRPG ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using LunaRPG immediately.

2. Description of Service

LunaRPG is a Discord roleplaying game bot that provides gameplay features including combat, progression systems, economy systems, crafting, guilds, pets, quests, leaderboards, events, and other interactive content.

3. Discord Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using LunaRPG. Violations of Discord's policies may result in loss of access to the Bot.

5. Virtual Economy

All currencies, items, equipment, pets, guild assets, progression, and rewards within LunaRPG are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency unless explicitly authorized by LunaRPG.

6. Availability

LunaRPG is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation.

7. Data & Progress

While reasonable efforts are made to preserve player progress, we reserve the right to modify, reset, rebalance, or remove data when necessary for maintenance, development, security, or gameplay balance.

8. Premium & Donations

Donations made through Ko-fi or other support platforms are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law. Supporting LunaRPG does not grant ownership of the Bot or its assets.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to LunaRPG at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse, exploitation, or other harmful activities.

10. Intellectual Property

LunaRPG, its branding, artwork, code, content, documentation, and systems are the property of LunaRPG unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunaRPG and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Bot.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of LunaRPG after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
